Our approach to health and fitness is individualized to each person’s goal. We emphasize teaching clients the how and why of each exercise. We want our clients to understand health and fitness in general so they can replicate what they learn in their daily lives.

Here are a few things to ask yourself before requesting your Free Consultation:

1. How long have you been working toward your goals?

2.  What’s your understanding of what to do at the gym to accomplish my goals?

3.  Is what you’re doing working? Are you properly tracking your progress?

4.  Do you have any injuries or body imbalances that can limit your performance?

5.  Do you have a structured “roadmap” or progression plan that takes you from where you are to where you want to be?
